Description
This is a tasty Taco Casserole that's easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cn spicey chili beans
- 1 c salsa
- 2 c broken tortilla chips
- 1⁄2 c sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 c shredded chedder or jack cheese
- 1 lettuce
Instructions
Cook beef and drain fat.
Add beans and salsa.
Heat chips in ungreased 2 quart casserole pan.
add beef and spread.
Layer sour creme and sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
Arrange additional chips around edge.
Serve with lettuce and salsa.
