Add beans and salsa. Heat chips in ungreased 2 quart casserole pan. add beef and spread. Layer sour creme and sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Arrange additional chips around edge. Serve with lettuce and salsa.
